Thank you for visiting Cheongju Foreign Resident Support Center.

The number of foreign residents in Cheongju has reached 26,000 and this is about 3% of the Cheongju city population.

You can easily meet marriage migrants, industrial migrants, and international studetns who are not fluent in Korean in Cheongju.

However, our ethics and attitudes are still not fair in reality, and we cannot develop the city into a mature society if we do not make any changes.

We, Cheongju Foreign Resident Support Center, are here for local and foreign residents to co-exist in society.

We open ‘Korean Class’ simultaneously by level to go beyond the language barrier.

We offer translation and counseling services to solve language problems in our lives.

We encourage residents to participate in volunteer work and operate programs that can broaden the field of mutual understanding with foreign residents.

By all means, Cheongju Foreign Resident Support Center looks forward to serving as a window for communication and sharing between locals and foreigners in the city.
